...yeah, that's feasible. Joking.

250k in 30 minutes? I don't doubt you, Ivy, but please, relate to us this technique such that inflation may joyously spread (after we exploit it and get what we want.) o_o

Playing the trading game, buying high, selling low, easy to make 250K an hour+ if you know how

As a W/Mo, I can make average 2K per Vermin run out of Senjio's Corner. OK. Maybe average 1.5 K or 3K...I'm not sure. If your "run" includes zoning at the end and a return trip, you should easilly make at least 3K / half hour. sometimes that will be 4-6K if Shreader's daggers drops. For a W/Mo with tripple-chop, it is a VERY EASY run. Just remember to collect the Vermin hide on the way back, trade them to the collector right outside of Senji's, and then sell the items. I get probably 700g cash from drops per run (each way), a lot of salvagables including 2-3 steel ingots, and 450 g for the vermin hide trade-ins. I can saftely say this is about a 10K/hour area for a W/Mo

when is was worth trading making a million in a day was possible for the experianced ppl

farming really isnt the best thing to relay on for gold, you need another source of income aswell..be it running/fame farming ect

also you need to know when its wise to spend some cash and when to leave it in the bank

remember when farming the trolls ect dont care which skin of axe or w/e you are using so never spend alot of money of exspensive skins when a cheap skin one will do the job just aswell

farming is tedious and boring alot of the time so dont let it take of our GW experiance like i did..its ok having millions in the bank but when you are soo bored of the game you cant be bothered to log on all that time farming went to waste

i speak from experiance..i made millions from trading and the occasional farming trips

Problem with trading, is you need to have a good sum of money already. Buying and selling items costs you alot in the beginning and you need to have the funds or your just going to screw yourself.

Farm the trolls for about a week, save up on the spoils and begin trading. DON'T try and trade now unless you know the prices and have some money at the storage agent, be smart, don't screw yourself.

No you can't. You might be able to do something like this if a large number of circumstances were met, but it is impossible to do this on a regular basis, and has nothing to do with 'putting your mind to it'. So either you were lying to attract attention, or you just don't know better. If you respond to this, you will either say "I won't tell you, its a secret", which would be a lie since no method exists, or you would retract your statement and reword it so that your method is based upon a lot of outside circumstances outside your control.

In short, quit posting for attention.

That only applies if you wanna be a 55 farmer I guess, most other builds don't need anything (Like a W/Mo build).

Farming vermins for hour gets you 20-25k. Its worth to do but its so boring... With that speed you could make 1 set of 15k armors a day...

I can honestly admit that I've made over 350k on one buy low sell high deal. It was quite funny actually.

I bought a Rurick mini pet for like 100k flat (this was back when they were 100k + 10e) and I figured it'd be an easy 80k ish profit. So I was spamming it in LA and this guy showed me a Zodiac bow for trade. It was like req 9 15 -5e with crap mods. But it was like a week after factions was out, so these bows were not on the market very much. So I see another guy going WTB Zodiac bow. And I PMed him with the bow I could get in trade and he said he'd give me 100k + 50 ecto for it. Obviously I did the deal, and made 50 ecto out of it. I don't remember what ecto prices were at, at that point in time but I belive it was like 7-8k per. So I made 350-400k in around a half an hour.

That's my big money story. I used to play the market all the time, but it just wasn't fun for me after awhile. It seemed like it defeated the point of GW. I wasn't overly good at it, but I still made like 700k and just said screw it and quit doing it. It's great, because I've had a lot of good items in my time. I've had quite a few things that are worth more than most peoples accounts. One of my favorite items being my perfect chaos axe, req 8 15^50 20/20 +30. I've had mostly every skin as well.

Playing the market is a great way to make some money if you know how. I've had friends however that have lost their account trying to make a profit on items that they just can't resell.

I don't do it anymore, and I try to focus on farming if I want some change. Though I really don't have anything left to buy. I have 15k dyed black on all my chars (except my 55 tats...black looks dumb IMO. Went silver). I'm getting my war his Obsidian helm, and that'll be it for armor on my pve chars. I think the FoW armor looks a bit ridiculous on the 3 chars that I have so I'm not going to bother. Also, PvP is much more exciting than PvE. Has been for awhile.

I still go troll farming occasionally, and it's a good time. I farm the trolls, sometimes I'll go and hit up the giants. But most of the time I try my hand at the avicara. I've found out how to farm them pretty well, but those guilies can be devistating with their enchant removal. That's always going to be ftl if you can't cover it quick enough.

You're very lucky this was not a scam....

People used to do this same thing in Diablo, and it worked like a charm.

You are selling an item...

Guy #1 says I'll give/pay you _____ for it.(the item must be good but not necessarily as good as yours)

you come and look at the item...

Guy#1 says to Guy #2 over TS - Hey dude, I got a moran here... Quick!! start spamming WTB the item I'm selling him for triple the price!!

Guy#2 spams.... You see it.... You jump on the item guy #1 was selling like crazy... u buy it or trade for it(guy #1 gets a better deal, or gets a profit if the price difference was large)

Guy#2 who wanted to buy just dissapears....

nOOb!! gg (guy #1 leaves..) you start relizing you got owned...

My favorite spot is Tasca's Demise (north of Granite Citadel). Just make your way to Mineral Springs, fighting anything in your way. Usually there are 2-3 chests along the way. Now this isn't a fast farm, more quality over quantity. Chests here are usually really nice. You get rare, gold weapons: max mods, perfect in every way. Sometimes you get gold armors (some of them being vigors). Also, if you want to stockpile on materials like wood, iron, steel, cloth, and leather, this is the place. You can also sell these materials and make a little extra cash. The most successful run I've ever had there, I made 120k. This included selling a summit axe for 80k, a superior absorption (when they were worth something), and selling some rare materials. 120k in 15-20 minutes. I've never repeated this since, but in an hour, you can normally make aything from 10k to 200k, depending on the drops.
